Please note, a two (2) hour minimum is required for Eastern Shore locations and a
three (3) hour minimum is required for any Mississippi location

Business Service Agreements

WinslowGreen offers monthly or quarterly service agreements.

Don't wait until it something goes wrong. With just some professional routine maintenance, you can expand the life of your hardware
keep the network running quickly and decrease the chances of random dilemmas.

Pricing begins at just $65 per month for up to 5 computers.
 
Additionally, maintenance agreement holders are given a reduced rate for extended service calls.

Consultations

At times, we all need professional advice. Whether it's about increasing productivity through new technology,
upgrading existing equipment or trying to cut costs, WinslowGreen can help.

If you are looking to cut overall cost or need a professional analyst, let us perform a Technical Site Survey (TSS)

First, a TSS report and consultation will address all your technology including your PC/IT equipment,
phone system, phone company and Internet provider. This process will result in a complete documented overview
of your technical environment and allow us to provide you efficient and effective solutions on various strategies
or technology to increase productivity and cut costs.

Single Issue consultations are also available and billed at $45 per hour
Most of these are successfully concluded in 2 hours or less

Emergency Services

Emergency Services pricing is $80 for the first hour (1 hour minimum),
then billed $40 in half hour increments - 1.5 hours = $120.00

Hardware Installations and Repairs

We routinely install and support Desktops, Laptops / Notebooks, Servers, Routers, Hubs, Hardware Components, Printers and Networks

We also stock new and refurbished parts such as RAM, hard drives, video cards and power supplies.

If you are looking for new systems, contact us for wholesale pricing. All new equipment comes with a one year standard warranty

New PC setup is a flat $40 fee. This includes up to one peripheral ( a printer or digital camera for example) but does not include any networking

Pricing Information

Our standard business service rate is $50 per hour (one hour minimum) for the first hour, then billed in 15 minute increments afterwards

Businesses having current service agreements with WinslowGreen receive the reduced hourly rate of $40 per hour

Additionally, we do offer some flat rate services such as new PC setup or CD/DVD installation
